The Maintenance Men

A group of mysterious, unnerving maintenance men began working on the Dugwood Apartment Complex's boiler room, April Dawn and Amuris Leighton reported this oddity to Imp 719, who more or less brushed it off. Supernatural Defense Initiative, without tangible leads, is forced to sit by and watch.
And watch they did, in horror, as those maintenance men commence a clandestine ritual to bring something down on the apartment complex, seemingly intending to see the buildings consumed.
