Vicdor was member of Chole's band in the Raycravd Orchestra. Unlike most Raycravd though, Vicdor didn't care for playing instruments, opting to dance instead. Though, because it is required to play something, he sometimes used small bells, tambourines, castanets, and other small dance friendly instruments.
He never went by other people's ideals and often just did what the wanted, leaving people to think of him as odd or freakish. He didn't seem to mind as long as his band was fine with him. He adored his cousin Roche who was tasked with keeping him safe.
Vicdor was a bit of a sadist and got off on cutting people. Things often got out of hand when he was with Ora, a HavocBreaker who liked being cut.

History
Ora and Vichor met during a business transaction between RazorRose and the Raycravd Syndicate. Ora was instantly attracted and he charmed Vichor through dancing and adoration. What started as a one time fling turned into an on again off again romance.
(This is as close to representing their first meeting as i can get without writing it or making a comic. Victor would be the one in the dress in this.)
