Due to his history with Kearney, Verney refuses point blank.   Magnus talks to Bryce and Alexa about needing to get Saku and Jimmy out of Galton before anything worse happens to them. Alexa contacts Jenn and they hatch a plan to get them both out. Plan succeeds. Magnus and Jimmy kiss.   Jimmy and Saku arrives at Cambridge resistance HQ where Jimmy is reunited with Jenn, who doesn't recognise him at first for obvious reasons.   Magnus and Jimmy keep seeing each other. Magnus keeps feeding Bryce information.   Will is still suspicious of Bryce's presidential campaign and hatches a plan to sleep with him and secretly filming the incident with a hidden retinal camera, so he won't be seen himself, to use it for blackmail.   Bryce and Magnus have a loose conversation about Will in bed.   Bryce and Will sleep together. However, when Will tries to blackmail him, Bryce reveals that he had a retinal camera as well, and has equally incriminating evidence of Will. With mutually assured destruction, Will is effectively neutered.   Jimmy takes on an important role in the resistance. He doesn't officially exist, and there is no documentation of him as male or pictures of him post-transition. As such, he becomes an operative for the resistance who can travel around and talk to different cells without being recognised by anyone as anyone, and if he's caught, there's nothing to link him to anyone else. They end up calling him 'Ghost'.   Jimmy stops an attempt on Bryce's life.   Bryce is elected president, proposes three new laws: giving women the vote, abolishing the caste system, and decriminalising homosexuality in all its forms. He disbands the Galton institute.   With the help of the resistance's own MPs, sympathetic Tories, and all the MPs and senators Bryce has blackmail on, the laws pass.   Happy ending.
