Sakura grew up with every expectation of becoming a 10. Raised as a girl and being groomed for a life of luxury, Sakura had everything they wanted, until they visited the Gynaesthetician at 16 and he discovered that Sakura had no womb.
Sakura has androgen insensitivity syndrome. Their body appears female and developed like a female, but they have XY chromosomes.
When this was discovered, any chance of a 10 was lost, and Sakura was taken away from their friends and family and institutionalised. The institution was not kind to them, but luckily, they met Jimmy, who became their friend.
