Gynaesthetician discovers that Saku does not have a womb.

Saku is examined by the gynaesthetician, who discovers that they don't have a womb. DNA tests are performed to confirm that Saku has XY chromosomes and they are diagnosed with androgen insensitivity syndrome. Saku is transferred to another hospital for further testing and processing. Their parents are contacted and asked if they wish to say goodbye. Saku's father declines and neither one shows up. Saku is effectively abandoned.
