MAGI: The Magus Allied Guild Institute
The New Magus Guild Association, now referred to as the Magus Allied Guild Institute, or [MAGI]. A collaboration between the Magus Association, the Guild and the New Church. It is run by a council of Mages, who deal with all magick related issues within the kingdom. With the aid of the Church and Guild, they can work with them in collaboration to work on a broader spectrum of things. [MAGI] is a council made of 88 members, consisting of members of each other faction and sub-faction, the new Church, the Guild and members from every province, both politicians and public entities. Each province is given what are named "Abbeys" as a form of Embassy which [DAWN] runs.
It is a collaboration between the Guild, [AGE] – which is the governing body that regulates all of the nation's jobs and taxes, as well as its banks and pretty much the entire forefront of the economy, the new church which had taken over in [EON]'s steed, though has been around since the country's inception – the Peoples Church of the New Dawn, and last but not least, the Magus Association, which is the governing body over Magick laws and incidents.
[MAGI] has been made in light of giving the power back to the people, taking up the relatively modern ways of Sasan and electing a council that consists of 88 members – having a member of each state or province and region within. Like the inner workings of Parliament, but without a Prime Minister, instead of a chairman at its head. This is how the country works on a federal level, though when one dives into a state-by-state basis, they would see that it varies between regions.
Of course, this means that [MAGi] has an [Upper] and [Lower] house, consisting of the 'Senators' and 'Magisters' respectively – or [Upper and Lower Stars] in local terminology. As [MAGI] works in a semi-municipality, there are the Magisters or 'Local Representatives' of the local regions that act in accord with the local governments, there are Sixty-Six members of the [Lower House], known as the “Magisters” or “Lower Stars”. The [Upper House] which consists of the Senators is comprised of Twenty-Two members and works on a Federal level of Government.
It was founded by Gwnehael Michalengelo; and is currently headed by him in Shidare's stead - Given she now oversees Marigold and has since given the [Chairman] position to him, though still holds the honorary [Chairwoman] title.
