Hard Animals
These are the animal articles that are surely going to be touched upon.
Crystaria
A sphere shaped monster that grows crystal stones on its body, disguising it as a natural ore.
Nature Spirits
First encountered by random Adventurers, but now that the Last Whispers have encountered and befriended a tribe, they are becoming more important.
Lobber
A mutated spider first encountered on the
Vapor Peaks. It has a wobbly head and multiple strong legs, picking up boulders from the ground and firing them at enemies.
Ferocari
Land Serpents of the same species as
Voldaric The Ferocious. They are very rare and the only offspring currently known is on the corpse of Voldaric. SOme of them have recently been killed by the Last Whispers.
Shaders
Dark beings ranging from humanoid to completely disfigured monsters that feed on emotions. They are often seen lurking out of the
Fog to raid small settlements outside the walls of
Vaporio.
Sarcoga
Tiny insects collecting flesh and skin from other animals and building homes out of them.
Shinetail
A raven/pigeon mix that leaves a trail of light from its tail while flying. The hue/combination of light corresponds with the weight of the cargo carried by the bird. An excellent Messenger.
Dreadworms
Big worms living in groups of 8 - 25, gnawing their way to their victims. They are encountered on mountains and mountainsides and have teeth hard enough to eat through rocks.
Yardlings
Recently discovered in the
Vineyard forests, these cute little birds are varied in colors and are swiftly becoming great pets due to their soothing magical powers.
Drakelings
These harmless dragon-like animals are born with a gene mutation that prevents them to grow huge in size and power. Their burningly adorable nature and makes them perfect inhouse helpers for everything heat related.
Hard Plants
Onionheads
These red flowers are commonly found in valleys and ditches where lots of water collects. They are shaped like onions and when opened contain a single gemstone, though some animals occasionally make these their homes as well.
Lotusshards
Orange lotusflower-shaped flowerbeds that grow on levitating plantbases. They are very beautiful and lure insects to them to take a bite, poinoning them in the process and eating them instead. A highly poisonous and magical flower.
Gracekelp
A long kelpvine that shimmers in a light purple hue. When ingesting its leaves, a person can gain the ability to temporarily breathe underwater. It is a highly sought after ingredient.
Bloodlily
Usually grey of nature, this flower turns redder the more blood is shed around it. It is often an indicator for dangerous territory ahead and a warning sign for adventurers.
Cutlass Grass
This plant growth has many leaves shaped like edged cutlass swords. Commonly found wihin high magic areas of forests, these plants lash out to anything moving, cutting through their prey with the same strength as a sword hit of an adventurer.
Vaeyrscha
Aquatic flowerbeds that shine at the bottom of oceans, illuminating their surroundings. They are reported to be exceptional magical batteries if kept under constant nurturing supplementing. Their ability to store and control even the wildest magiks is intruiging the highest minds of Ignotas.
Heavenwood Trees
These trees have stark white leaves and seem to emit a slight glow. Although it is clear something magical is at the works, no one has really cracked the code to what exactly that is.
Voidblooms
A silver flower with purple buds which are used as culinary spice. This purple seasoning is one of the spiciest ingredients to date and can only be consumed when hugely watered down.
Bubblefruit
A red round fruit with golden strands of spikes growing out of it. Its surface has lots of filled bubbles which contain sweet tasting edible juice. Once opened, the Bubblefruit shows more Juice reserves as well as some pulp tasting very delicious.
