In the difficult and dangerous lands of the Helerin Archipelago, many turn to criminal activity to make a living. In cities across the islands, criminal organisations engage in racketeering, extortion, smuggling and other crimes.

The Janonn family

The Janonn crime family is one of the leading gangs in the city of Ashanok.
Led by the tough matriarch, Surall Janonn, the family is involved in smuggling, extortion, and other criminal activity.

The Dancers

The Dancers are a group of professional assassins based in Teros. They are led by Lyria Monshan.

Shades of Gilrimmon

The Shades are a criminal organisation based in Gilrimmon. It is led by Gaskesh Gorran, a little-seen but much-feared Boma.
The group controls various criminal enterprises, including smuggling, theft, and protection rackets.

The Silver Pargam

The Silver Pargam is a smuggling and racketeering organisation in the island city of Jaltra. It is led by Holos Nargaman a ruthless and volatile gangster.

Sandfangs

The Sandfangs are a criminal group based in the city of Orbont. They are involved in all kinds of illicit dealings, from racketeering and extortion to smuggling, theft, and assassinations.
The group's leader, Galtan Merraseen, lives in a palatial villa amongst Orbont's wealthy elite. His criminal dealings are well-known in the city, but through blackmail, intimidation, and shady deals, he is effectively untouchable.

Crown Street Gang

The Crown Street Gang is a criminal organisation in the city of Olnath. They specialise in smuggling, theft, and extortion, and control much of illicit activity in Olnath's harbour district and Market Quarter.
The gang is led by the fierce Kazlaa, Andamar Beshtann.

Chandin Rats

A loose collection of young thieves in the city of Olnath, the Chandin Rats are one of many such street gangs .

Masks of Elinann

The Masks of Elinann is a criminal organisation in southern Teros. Based in the port city of Elinann on Teros Minor, this small group is primarily concerned with the theft of high-value artefacts.
The Masks' leader, Sarsann Felkana, is a wily and daring mage.
