Galtan Merraseen is the leader of the Sandfangs. He lives in a palatial villa in the Darkcliff district, amongst Orbont's wealthy elite. He displays his wealth conspicuously, and is often seen at gatherings of the city's upper classes. His criminal dealings are well-known in Orbont, but through blackmail, intimidation, and shady deals, he is effectively untouchable.
Miga Dakarann
Most of the Sandfang's day-to-day activities are overseen by Miga Dakarann. He is a trusted lieutenant to Galtan Merraseen, and a ruthless enforcer. While Merraseen resides amongst the city's elite, Dakarann dwells in the city's underworld.
Onia Petiss
Onia Petiss is a the Sandfang's most talented thief.
Hara-Jal Vasseem
Hara-Jal Vasseem is an assassin and enforcer in the Sandfangs. Her diminutive stature belies her strength, and her reflexes and agility make her a formidable opponent in combat.
Kaveet Korsh
Kaveet Korsh is Galtan Merraseen's bodyguard and occasional enforcer. A cruel and sadistic man, Korsh is much-feared among the underworld of Orbont.
