Galtan Merraseen

Galtan Merraseen is the leader of the Sandfangs, a criminal group in the city of Orbont.
Merraseen lives in a palatial villa in the Darkcliff district, amongst Orbont's wealthy elite. He displays his wealth conspicuously, and is often seen at gatherings of the city's upper classes. His criminal dealings are well-known in Orbont, but through blackmail, intimidation, and shady deals, he is effectively untouchable.
