The capital city of Westmoor is a marvel to behold, built into a waterfall and home to the grand palace of the lord, the Ballad Roserae, which sits atop an ancient Spiroak temple. The Vohkin also call Tivoli home, and their mercantile ways have helped to shape the province's economy. The rocky terrain of Tivoli is home to the Hill Dwarves, who have carved out a life for themselves in the mountains and cliffs.
