Mountains
Geography
Mountains cover the most western part of the continent of T@Ö#Å3. This is a relatively small area, tucked between Wasteland of T@Ö#Ä3, West T@Ö#Å3 T@Ö#Å3, and Industrial Area Area.
There’s not much to see here other than icy tundra and winter forests, though it is the area with the most, and the tallest mountains. The tallest and also the holiest is the Sacred Mountain on the far west - inside of it is the Ice Palace where Glitter God and Satan live.
Climate
Mountains are the coldest area of the world. This is because of the cold blue sun shining in this area. Well, shining is a bi of an overstatement. It does provide light, but it’s only a weak light obscured by clouds. Because of this, this area is always somewhat dimly lit, in a state of eternal evening, which only makes this area colder and more unkind.
The coldest part is the one on the far west, but on the east, close to Wasteland and West T@Ö#Å3 is a little bit- less cold. Here you’ll encounter a strange phenomenon: Mountains are separated from West T@Ö#Å3 by Icy River, and while the Mountain side is cold and wintery, West T@Ö#Å3 on the other side of the river is brutally hot. Maybe it’s because of this strange and sudden change that both sides of the river are subjected to strange and brutal weather. Wasteland in particular is known for tornadoes, but Mountains here experience their fair share of snow storms, especially in the coldest part of the year.
Plants & Animals
Because of extreme weather conditions, there isn’t much life to be found here, but of you look closely you’ll encounter some interesting critters. The areas where you’re more likely to find them are winter forests with dead trees and spiky shrubbery, similar to what you can find in the other areas of T@Ö#Å3. Among these trees you’ll find critters such as foxcats, winter woxes and winter catbunnies.
Towns
There aren’t any actual towns here, but there are some ski resorts. With this area being known for mountains and snow above all, it’s a popular spot for winter sports. Different resorts offer all sorts of activities from skiing, to ice skating to hiking and mountain climbing. A particularly popular spot to visit here is Blue Sun Mountain.
All of these resorts are pretty close to the border with West T@Ö#Å3, and are mostly visited in the warmer part of the year, which is the time with the least brutal weather conditions. You wouldn’t wanna go skiing or mountain climbing in a violent snowstorm.
People
No people really permanently live here. The only ones who do are Glitter God and Satan who live in Ice Palace.
Besides them, the only people are tourists and people who own and care for vacation resorts. Even they usually don’t stay here for more than a few months in the tourist season, and then return to West T@Ö#Å3 for the rest of the year.
Resources
There aren’t any resources here that people would actively produce. They only use this area for tourism and recreation, but don’t do much else here.
However, this area is home to the most important resource of our world. Deep in the Sacred Mountains, a part of the Icy Palace complex, a seed vault can be found. It was used to repopulate the world after the apocalypse. It did, and still does contain all of the seeds of all of the plants that currently exist in our world, and some of the ancient variations of them. Same as it saved our world from demise after the apocalypse, it is there in case our world needs to be saved again any time in the future.
