Imperial Hair Stick
The Imperial hair stick is a variation of the Rattler Hair Stick. It is used by people who work at The Imperial Palace in Miraiy. Since in Gynzua both woman and men wear their hair long it has become custom for staff of the palace to tie it up in a bun, or partial bun for men, with the help of a hair stick. It looks a bit more put together then just having their hair loose.
Availability
The Imperial hair stick is only available to those who work at the Imperial Palace. It is given to each staff member by the Empress herself. Throughout their career they might receive a new hairstick, especially when they get promoted to a new position. When someone loses their hairstick it is a serious matter. They must inform their superiors as soon as possible so they can receive a new one.
The Imperial hair sticks are a true work of art. They have their own unique designs and decorations not seen anywhere else in Ghynzua. There seems to be different designs for different types of staff.
Secret Symbol
The hair sticks are used to know at a glance how much secret information a person has access to. This way no one has an excuse to talk about sensitive information to someone who is not allowed to have access to that information. Most staff members have no idea about this, but they are required to wear the hair stick given by the Empress while they are at work. For example the lotus stick is worn by the Empress' closest associates. They are often part of The Order of Seykin in secret, therefore knowing that the order exists. This in itself is a well kept secret. Although some may debate there are plenty of rumors about the organization.

Imperial vs Rattler
The Imperial hair stick is also made of rattler bone like the Rattler Hair Stick, but it is decorated with gemstones and precious metals. There are various different decorations, so it is not that everyone at the palace walks around with the same hair stick.
