History
Pallivos was founded by a group of Halflings that had a fondness for the ocean. The inhabitants started building ships to explore the seas, and over a few centuries they started to connect with cities all along the western coast of Ekix. As the natives of Pallivos started to travel and communicate with other cities, the first instances of trading started to pop up with Palliovians using spices to get things like metal, and precious stones. When the FIC was being formed Pallivos initially turned down the offer, but when a Sladovian ship tried to steal goods off of a Palliovian trading ship the city rapidly changed their mind. Pallivos was integral to the FIC not being demolished during the 70 years war. Sladovia could not move any ships south of the FIC border. The invention of the air ship in Sladovia put Pallivos at a major disadvantage which was a major reason for the FIC retreat and building the border wall. Recently the city has tried to transition away from militarized ships, and into trading and luxury ships.
