The Invasion of the Federation of the 2nd Galactical War, was one of three massive theatres of conflict, primarily fought between the Federation of Anfieden and Allied Planets and the 3rd Empire of Jerace. It was fought from 22 June 3998 to 8 October 4037. It took place entirely within Federation controlled Space.
The battles fought during the Invasion of the Federation were among the largest and deadliest in Human history. The battles were characterised by large delaying actions undertaken by the Federation Armed Forces, as trillions of refuges attempted to fall back from affected worlds. Hard fought battles, of unprecedented ferocity and brutality, took place all across Federation Space, with each and every battle costing the lives of millions. The Invasion of the Federation was decisive in the outcome of the 2nd Galactical War, and became the main reason for the defeat of the 3rd Empire of Jerace and it's allies.

Alongside the two primary belligerents - the Federation and the Empire of Jerace, several other nations also fought in the Invasion of the Federation. The Kingdom of Apreas sent several fleets to the Federation, although most of the Apreasean forces were fighting in the Invasion of the Kingdom of Apreas, which was taking place simultaneously to the Invasion of the Federation. The First Fedoran Republic, as well as the Republic of Osheni, both also sent volunteers to the Federation, although not in as large a number as Apreas. The Pelleon Anomaly was often heavily trafficked, as the only route from the Federation to Apreas and Osheni. When the Jeraci Navy threatened the pass, trade of arms and movement of armies and navies almost completely halted, leaving the Federation cut off from it's neighbours.
After massive gains, the Empire of Jerace was eventually defeated around Iomhare, during it's attempted invasion. With this defeat, the Federation counterattacked, and began the Invasion of the 3rd Empire of Jerace, and the defeat of the Jeraci Empire.

Federation Armed Forces fought throughout all theatres of the 2nd Galactical War, although they were primarily centred inside the Federation. The Federation Army and the Federation Navy Marine Corp were the primary ground fighting force.

• Despite heavy losses, the Federation Armed Forces successfully defend the Federation from the 3rd Empire of Jerace.
• Federation Armed Forces are able to push into the Jeraci Empire, beginning the Invasion of the 3rd Empire of Jerace.
• Federation relief forces for the Invasion of the Kingdom of Apreas are able to arrive, and reinforce the Apreasean Military.
• The Jeraci Empire is subsequently destroyed, and broken up, leading to the official dissolution of the 3rd Empire of Jerace.
