The Nine Muses
One of the Schola societies. They are focused on the arts of the Muses and tend to be one of the larger societies. They invite 7 to 9 members each year, for about 30 to 40 members at any point at Schola. The membership is usually about two thirds women, but it varies.
Once they leave school, they tend to collect performing artists, and provide rehearsal and performance space for a wide range of smaller groups as well as a few larger ones. Because of this, they tend to be one of the more public and better known of the societies.
