Essex
Isembard Fortier inherited a house from his family known as "the Essex house". (It likely has a fancy name, probably in French, but no one ever uses it. At least not Isembard.)
He invites Thesan Wain there briefly after a party in Eclipse. Several scenes in With All Due Speed (an extra around their engagement and wedding) take place here.
