Queen Sarhild Kingfinch- Wisterwood-Henbelle
Sarhild the Younger is a Queen of Ghealas and a former head of the House of Larix. She is legally adopted into the Wisterwood Family by her great aunt Aenordis, along with her twin sister Leiba and younger brother Agnus, in order to qualify as potential heirs to the throne. She is the niece of Queen Herleva, making her a granddaughter of Old Nick.
She married first Aethelred of the Ghostcrane Clan, but this was eventually annulled. They had a child in secret, named Sabrina. They gave Sabrina up to Sarhild's estranged half-sister Maudie Henbelle to care for her.
Sunna of the Phoneutria following her predecessor's action of marrying an Attercops and endured the The Ghealan Wars that would eventually haunt her children decades later. She took her husband's name and started the Kingfinch Lineage, hoping to mend the animosity between the Attercops and Gannwyll Gwydd.
However, once Sunna died, Sarhild seemed to become more resentful of the Attercops though it is not known exactly why. Some believe it may have been a neurodegenerative issue caused by her time with Aethelred, who was a Heavy Metal user.
Sarhild's death came at her own hands, after discovering her daughter Harlow Kingfinch had become romantically involved with Sabrina in secret. When Harlow and Sabrina planned to run away to Hedgecomb, Sarhild had a mental breakdown and drowned herself and Sabrina.
