The loyalists are the second closest group of Cassidy's allies. They do not serve a specific purpose or have some large common agenda. Each loyalist simply lives their lives to its fullests and attempts to make it a better place. Cassidy takes a direct interest only in rare cases after they have been placed in specific position.
