Motivation
Chloe wishes to protect those that she has adopted into her family and the people under her command. She knows that sometimes her followers have to make the ultimate sacrifice to protect their home, but she does anything to make sure that this doesn't happen often, that their deaths are not in vain, and that their loved ones are being taken care of.Personal History
Chloe Moliner was raised as an orphan in the Dragon Haven foster care home. Chloe was brought to the home as a young child as she was found abandoned in a back street in downtown Manhattan. One of the police officers who was trying to track down her parents realized that she is a Therian like himself and brought her to the Dragon Haven. There she spent most of her time until came of age. She was never adopted as she had trouble adjusting to any new situations. One of the primary causes of her problematic behaviour was the constant pain from partial transformations as she did not have her ancestry under control. The staff at dragon haven were not able to help her as they believed she was a part of the Yuruparí ancestry. However, their traditions and rituals did nothing to reduce her pain. Only when she turned for the first time did the employees recognize her as an Iberian lynx. At the time this ancestry was believed to be extinct. As news of her discovery spread it eventually reached the ears of Cassidy herself. She visited Chloe personally as she had heard rumors of a community in Eastern Spain. This community did not want to accept her, but did help her gain control over her transformation and the lynxes spirit. Equipped with these new tools she returned to New York determined to repay Cassidy for her support. When she came of age she was recruited by the Dragon Warrior Company.Career
Within the company she slowly rose through the ranks through loyalty, diligence and tactical skill. She was first deployed in various conflicts in Africa and South America. During this time she became a team leader after only two missions because all of the senior members of her team were killed in an ambush. Her superiors did not give her much of a chance to survive, but against all odds she managed to pull together her team of rookies. After some losses they became one of the most respected teams deployed in South America. When her deployments ended and she returned to New York she was offered the choice between a cushy retirement position as a merit for her outstanding contributions or to take over as a division commander in the Hell Gate battalion. Offended that they even offered her the retirement she quickly redeployed into the Hell Gate. There she fought without rest for almost a decade. During this time she gathered many allies and became well known throughout the entire company. She was one of only two names nominated as successors to the retiring general of the dragon company in 2004. At first she was reluctant to accept this nomination, but close friends convinced her to give it a proper go. They wanted her to take the position in order to strengthen their factions influence over the dragon company and reinforce the deployment and the dragon companies commitment to the Hell Gate defense. She won out and was appointed as the new general of the dragon company on the 24th of November in 2004. To this day she has maintained this position and shifted even more of the companies assets beyond the hell gate. She still visits the frontline at least every other month. These actions have kept her highly popular with the soldiers and mid level officers across the company.Relationships
She has a few friends and many followers. These followers respect her for what she stands for and for her actions throughout her career. She grew up in foster care, which means her family consists of the people she came close to during her life. This includes her primary caretaker at the foster care home, her girlfriend and her mentor at the dragon company. Her friends she mostly meets during work or at work functions and events. The little free time she generally spends at home with her girlfriend and her cats. Her primary caretaker is Kathleen Moliner. With Kathleens permission Chloe adopted her name when she aged out of the foster care home. They still meet up every few months and Chloe writes the occasional email to keep Kathleen up to date on her life.

Chloe seems like she has some grit, especially with this slow but steady climb to the top. I think it's really nice how she was able to find and make her own family.
