Session 58 - Lore Dumps

Corellonember 5, 1083
Currently in the 3rd later.
 
On our way through the portal, it closed before Elias, Panfyr and Jo could get through.
 
Bael escourted us to the claims desk so we could file a grievance.
 
Elias and Panfyr were able to convince an alien bug (dressed like a whore) named Rolo to get us to the front of the line E line where we filed the grievance about the closed portal against Jack the maintenance man. We all signed, asked for a copy and were told to come back later and wait in the G line.
 
We then found our way towards Jacks house to try and get him to fix the portal. He almost agrees but then an imp serves him the grievance.
 
Elias and Jo were able to convince him to open the portal by agreeing to drop the grievance once we get to the courts.
 
The forth layer burns. Belile and Fierna, the brother and sister who run this layer, we see at the tower 10 min away. They like Titivilus but not Dispater. We really should’ve had an escort. Did I mention it is hot here.
 
Fierna once tried to rope Elias into a massive orgy. Belile does not like him.
 
We end up having to handcuff ourselves. There were only 2 free handcuffs so a poor draw lady is now suffering.
 
We are in Fiera’s palace and she wants us to join her orgy. Elias takes the brunt of it to save Jo the displeasure. She tauntingly/sexually offers Elias her lance to poke a unicorn. Elias tries to discern if one of the unicorns is Luru.
 
A tortured unicorn named Sika asks Elias for his help. She was taken from Rimstone reach. She learned that the only way to break the curse is to gather the stones. Luru is trapped between the material and the fey planes.
 
She watched a group cast a spell trapping Mielikki. The Salphinites. The goddess’ avatar was mortal looking for Luru with too much of her power. They trapped her in a Mythallar deep below Adenaziel. That’s where their divine magic comes from. They are sifening it from her.
 
She also says that Andromeda is now merged with the shard Elias’ dad found having jumped on it in a moment of explosion to protect Miriam. His soul is now merged with it. Elias’ dad needs Marian for some reason.
 
She then asks Elias to kill her to put her out of her misery even offering her horn. He couldn’t get himself to do it and freed her with Glycia’s help instead. Belile then opened a portal for her hoping that Fiera would get real mad and take it out on Elias.
 
Elias is able to fake that Sika escaped and attacked him on the way out.
 
Belile then gives us directions to Aberamok, where we need to go and gives Sidia a pendant and she becomes our escort.
 
Sidia, our escort, is actually from the under dark city beneath New Galvania. She is like a vampire She learned the true name of a devil named Nyden. Her sisters didn’t approve of her dealings with devils opposed to demons. Specifically the Blood God Rake. And tricked her causing her to end up here for the last few years.
 
Minzeza, her mother matron, is the actual spire. Her house is Zanthien one of the 4 houses guarding the ziggurat.
 
The ziggurat has weird power that the drow are unable to access, that’s why they ally with the magnus’ they are able to experiment with it.
 
She has been here for 100 years but it’s actually only been a week our time. She knows about the plan to sacrifice the prison folk because the Rake gets unpredictable and uncontrollable when he gets hungry.
 
Kancelsis aka Malstract. 487 layer of abyss lesser god of vampires. Rooms are sculpted of living flesh and looks half-elfish.
 
He is both sides of vampires powerful berserker and expert in debauchery.
 
 
We hear a scream nearby. A human hung torturously.
 
We want to help but Jo sees something big nearby and says they fear it’s a trap.
 
Mayhem flies up to get a better look. Panfyr unlocks her and Elias levitates her down. She was an unwilling human sacrifice to save her village.
 
 
An Ice Devil claims her soul as his. Jo tries to offer their fossilized githyanki egg as a trade but he refuses and we enter initiative.
 
We kick its ass, Jo did go down temporarily
 
 
Knee thanks us for saving her
 
Mythyl was used to make cities float mythillar is the battery
 
 
We spend some time debating what we will do once we get back to the material plane.
 
Elias wants to make sure that his mother is safe. Jo promises to scry on her once we return but after a long rest Jo uses divination to figure out what’s happening to Mariam
 
The divination contacts some evil god and Jo is able to bargain with the deity to cure the fossilized egg and give up the living one.
They will be sisters.
 
Jo theorizes that they were speaking to Shar.
 
Long rest is achieved, goodberry is cast and we continue on.

Currently in the 4rd layer. Long rested but no time has passed on the material.
