Konjun or Bobbill
Basic Information
Anatomy
Konjuns are one of the larger known Griffon species, being between 30-50lbs and the size of a medium dog. They have large bills that they use to scoop up water. They are typically fully grey in color. They are also very aggressive and dangerous creatures, able to unleash powerful kicks with their powerful legs and large claws.
Genetics and Reproduction
They will typicall gestate for three months, and their eggs take five months to hatch.
Growth Rate & Stages
Konjuns are old enough to leave the nest after eight months and are fully grown at two years.
Ecology and Habitats
They live in the marshes and wetland along the many rivers of the Almiqi Peninsula and the Imulkhem and Itan rivers. They walk through the shallow water and grasses scooping up water in their large bills in order to catch fish, frogs, and other small animals.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Konjuns eat exclusively meat usually in the form of small animals like frogs, mice, and fish.
Biological Cycle
Konjuns live to be between 10-12 years.
