Master Taskin Dal
Taskin is a scholar and teacher originally from the United Tribes of Mare'n, though he's settled in The Brilliant Empire after falling in love and marrying Kevian Spelloyal. He is assigned to be Luthien Seawolf's cohort parent when Luthien joins the Lastar School.

Personal history
Taskin is one of the rare transplants into the Empire from the outside. He is original from the United Tribes of Mare'n. He was traveling in the Empire to learn more about its culture, too add to his vast knowledge, when he met and fell for his partner Kevian Spelloyal, after which point he simply stayed.
Gender Identity
Strict gender roles are not a trademark of the Tribal society. Taskin understands that he presents as masculine and is unoffended to be addressed as such, and presents himself as such often so as not to make waves in still-cautious parts of the world, but if you really got him to talk about it, he would consider himself nonbinary. He is equally as comfortable as "he" or as "they".

Taskin teaches Comportment and Manners at Lastar Temple of the Senary, and is a cohort leader there as well, responsible for a cohort of 5-12 students. Essentially, Taskin is their parental figure while they are at school.

Taskin often uses Kevian's standard nickname ("Kev") but he also regularly refers to him as "my sun" or occasionally "Sunshine" or "my sunshine". Kevian calls Taskin "dearheart" and "my heart", and occasionally when he is being over-the-top, "whirlwind" or "stormheart".
