Kisara

It is not uncommon for the sky to turn blood-red in Kisara city during large battles. The abundance of smoke and dust from fires, debris and weaponry tends to temporarily block out the sun.
Air-traffic is restricted to military requirements, government officals and a few private corporations. The general public are not permitted to use or own flight-capable vehicles and as such are restricted to ground-level vehicles, automated taxi/limo services or public transport. As such, a multi-levelled, sprawling and interconnected mass of roads connect the denizens of this city to their homes, work, shops and leisure spots.
The super rich need not rely on these roads however due to the availability of aerial limos and luxury taxis to take them wherever needed or, if they're extremely wealthy, they likely even have their own private vehicles that have been granted a permit to use the airspace.
Encircled by a massive, fortified wall - Saishū no Kabe, this megacity houses more people than it should be able to within its dense concrete jungle of overlapping, towering buildings. The warren of brutalist industrial blocks, neon lights, scaffolding and wires plaster the skies, casting much of the city in shadows.
At ground level, tightly populated streets filled with struggling vendors, small shops and overhead roads can get you anything you want and anywhere in the city... Except up.
Space elevator
On the north north-west side of the city, a large bay opens into the sea. This bay, is used for ground-effect ships to transport cargo and provides easy aerial access to the cities airport. Additionally, fishing boats and private hydrofoil yachts also use the bay to dock in seperate areas.
Within the bay, a large man-made island houses a space elevator - one of seven on the planet. To access the elevator, a series of over-water trains and ferries or one of the various landing pads can be used to transport people and cargo alike.

Citizen control
The Kisara city's Armed Police are instrumental to ensuring the control and safety of Citizens within the city. Their tasks include resolving matters between citizens, upholding and enforcing the laws set in place by ______.Image_missing_1 by Me (Fall)
Defence force
_____ defence force is a section of the wider Imperium Coalition Army, tasked with defending the people of Kisara from the devestation the Nadirs bring. _____'s Defence force maintain the wall (Saishū no Kabe) that surrounds Kisara city. Additionally, they hold jurisdiction over several bases and locations throughout the city used for military purposes. The _____'s Defence force are also responsible for, and actively maintain, the fortifications beyond the Mega wall such as the many bastions and minor encampments dedicated to manning said exterior fortifications.
