Godspeak
In the north western portion of The Middle Plains, sits the imposing black spire that is Godspeak. Made entirely of a deep black stone, the mountain was the original home of The Torrezon Pantheon in the early days of the world.
Despite the fact that the Gods of Torrezon abandoned the mountain nearly a millenia before humans set foot on the continent, the mountain itself is considered a holy site and has been forbidden from being touched since the early days of The Valcoran Empire. A fact that Empress Verona Elmahdy overlooked to build the home of The Order of the Dead, Ennepsis. She ordered the quarrying of the northern side of the mountain, but took only enough stone to build the structure, and has never allowed the mountain to be touched again.
Geography
The mountain towers above everything in the area around it, including the massive Ennepsis to its northeast. Shear and nearly vertical black cliffs prevent all but the most determined of climbers and explorers from ascending to the peak of its imposing heights.
Natural Resources
The black stone the mountain is made of is a unique substance found only here at the mountain. It is a very durable stone, many times harder than granite.
