The Noble Coalition of Iacchus Argentum

The Noble Coalition of Iacchus Argentum (sometimes called the Provincial Coalition in texts as to not seem redundant when written near the word 'noble') is a plutocratic confederacy consisting of eight individual and mostly independent provinces. Each province is led by either a noble house or the government of a particular settlement, which serves as the noble class for the region. Ever since the complete dissolution of the Temporan colonies of yesteryear, the Coalition has established a method of keeping one another in check while maintaining a relatively content populace. Depending on the race of the house in power, the individual in the noble seat might not have changed since the beginning of the Coalition!
The Coaltion consists of the following eight provinces, and their respective leaders:
- House Heleyra. Led by Lysithea Heleyra, the High Marquis of Sakha and current Noble Premier of the Coalition.
- House Seiruf. Headed by Leif Seiruf in a dwarven mining settlement.
- House Verona. Led by Robin Verona in a hybrid farm-fish industrial setting.
- House Aria. Headed by Tortimer Aria, the overseer of the Argentum Academy of Performing Arts.
- House Palatius. Led by Odessa Palatius, head of a family at perpetual war with those across the Iacchan River Delta.
- House Althis. Headed by Alois Althis, a stingy foreman of the local smithing scene.
- House Moor, previously known as House Gavinies. Headed by Nadia Moor and The Killjoys, but a lot more of that leadership has been delegated to the people since Nadia's ascension to power.
- Valenacht, who has no noble house in control. However, they are led by The City Council - an entity who appeared one day and has yet to die.
