House Aria

House Aria is the presiding body over its respective province and territory upon the continent of Iacchus Argentum, led by Head of House Tortimer Aria. He emphasizes minimal governmental oversight of the populace, instead trusting his people to do what's right for the province - and thus spends little time in day-to-day bureaucratic activities.
History
As one of the younger Houses in the Coalition, House Aria doesn't carry much sway in the overall political structure of said organization. However, this evidently does not bother the people within the region - they're too focused on their creative craft to want much in the way of political power.
The House was founded in CY 899 by a Nirkhumish Dwarf named Patti LuStone, one of the pioneering individuals in the artform of Musical Theater. Around the time of the province's founding, she established the Argentum Academy of Performing Arts. The name "Aria" is simply a stage name granted to the best performers of the province, who rise through the ranks to some political power.
