They grew up on Shinia but their relationship had always been a bit strained. When Tiutme moved to Miyla he freaked out and followed her because he thought that she was unwilling in going to the dragon's world. He was furious that she married a dragon and had a child with him. This brought their relationship to the breaking point though Tiutme did her best to keep her family together. She was sad when her son killed her brother, and she was angry that Raga did it. When Raga was charged she agreed with the decision.
History
Alls visited Tiutme's tavern at the Waves several times before Sürl Dussch which destroyed the town. They had a formal relationship and got along very well.

Aùshe worked for Tiutme at her tavern in the evenings. Tiutme taught Aùshe lots of elven mixology techniques that helped Aùshe get a job later at Quim Brear which is a bar at Schlullk De in Nyiltokti. They got along very well and Aùshe enjoyed working for Tiutme when she did. Aùshe was very sad when Tiutme died and was heartbroken when she told Soül Soyla that she died.
History
Azrimor uses to visit Tiutme's tavern at the Waves before Sürl Dussch. The two got along well enough and Tiutme was grateful that Azrimor was a good friend to Raga, her son. Azrimor thought that Tiutme was a good woman who loves her family. After Sürl Dussch Azrimor found Tiutme badly burned and trapped in her tavern, on death's door. She asked Azrimor to kill her because she was critically hurt and there was no way for Azrimor to get her to a hospital. He honored her request and offered the same to other survivors. Once they laid dead he gave everyone a proper burial. This act is something that he carried with him.
History
Kao visited Tiutme's tavern at the Waves before Sürl Dussch which destroyed the town and tavern. Kao was always polite and giving Tiutme compliments on her business and her appearance which Tiutme was appreciated. Tiutme liked Kao because he was not as reserved as the other dragons and reminded her of some of the elves back on Shinia.
History
Raga was very close to Tiutme when she was alive and respected her greatly. They both loved each other even when they disagreed with each other. Tiutme would often make strides to make amends when she did something wrong like forgetting to tell Raga who his father was. They have known each other since Raga was born and even before when Tiutme carried him within her.

They got along very well when they were both alive. When Schlurf died Tiutme was very sad that her son's friend died and support her son through the loss.
History
They met when Soül was at Shinia doing his duties as the Portal Master he visited Tiutme's tavern when she threw out Orcs who were not paying her or treating her poorly. This impressed Soül very much and he started a conversation with her. As he continued to come to Shinia Soül became attached to Tiutme and since she is ungifted in magic that she might be able to carry and birth a half-dragon that could survive past birth and early childhood. He took her to Miyla where the two later married and they had their son Raga together. They both thought that Raga knew that Soül was his father because of the time that they spent together and apologized when that wasn't clear and he felt betrayed by them because he didn't know that he was half-dragon. When Tiutme died Soül was heartbroken and didn't associate with the other dragons as a result.
