In a Galaxy Cluster full of mystery and war, how will a star nation rise and cling to existence?

The THF (True Hyperion Federation) universe is largely centered around the Hyperion Federation (HF).

The Federation prizes and focuses on advanced technology and ingenuity. Made up of many alien species, they all rely on one another for their collective survival.

Archaeotech, while rare, is powerful enough to shape the history of the universe forever, and will be essential to find out the history of the ancient times. Many factions, which would otherwise be billions of years old, are now little more than twisted wreckages, lost mysteries of a time long past. What happened to them? How does their Archaeotech still work perfectly fine billions of years later?

A giant gate, a strange observatory, materials that react to the presence of one species, what could this all mean?

The THF universe focuses largely on the HF - though the HF often interacts with other factions as well. Will they discover their own origins and find eternal peace? Or will they be annihilated by one of the many warmongering factions in a hostile universe? Only time (and precursors, apparently) will tell...
