Althasi

Meylara's moon and the point of a massive Aegan exodus, Althasi has been entirely urbanized prior to the calamity. Both upper and lower class lived here, the topside a picture-perfect commercial city with skyscrapers as high as one could see, each section of the buildings displaying a convenience store or mall or some lively workplace to catch the eye... And then the underbelly. Maze-like sewer systems and slums criss-cross beneath the moon's surface, home to the less-than-reputable sorts. After the calamity, it's a different story. Once ruin fell upon TX08-C, one of the ways Althasi was wrapped was when Ucarro became Umbra Mare, part of the void sea flooded the moon, causing it to become a direct line and secondary hub. Before becoming assimilated into Umbra Mare, perhaps knowing its fate ahead of time, survivors of the calamity were able to somewhat terraform the ruins so that certain cities be spared the flood. In accordance with Mare Respiratus, certain cities will float above the rising tide.
