"Oh, haha, I get it. What is updog." -Calliope ArgyrisMy favourite girl. Born from nothing, impoverished and disadvantaged, Calliope had to fight for the right to survive in the false utopia of pre-calamity Raca. By her own hand, she qualified to join the United Federation of Aegans' academy, this achievement was won not without difficulty, nor did it mean she would stop there. Hers was an arduous path of repeatedly proving herself to an audience that did nought but treat her like glass. I admit I too treated her like a fragile thing. Not at first though, it was only after she had begun to open up to me. When I met her, she was closed off, quite literally a robot who had many issues- the most apparent of them being her rejection of her own identity and feelings. Poking and prodding of her, both by me and a few other parties caused her to spill so much of her bottled up inner-turmoil. Her true self came out for a time, a handful of things that I won't get into happened around that time that cause her to shy away again and begin to close off once more. Present day, she's back to how she was when we first met, emotionless and repressed. At least that's how she presents herself to strangers so that she "doesn't get hurt again", but I know that behind closed doors she's still the soft and deeply empathetic android girl she's shown me. Her trust is very hard to gain after all that's happened, but maybe you'll see that side of her too someday.

Personal history
Born to impoverished parents in the shipyard planet Vestige, her birth wasn't overseen, nor was she gene-modded prior to her birth, thus she was born sick and frail due to the surrounding environment. Her rearing was difficult, fraught with a few death scares, but upon reaching her adolescence she was able to show her own worth with a gift for technology, with a special interest in the old, outdated, retro kind. Her most notable achievement was building herself an exoskeleton using steampunk-level technology that allowed her to walk on her own and perform more intensive tasks, gaining herself the interest of the United Federation of Aegans. She was promptly brought into their academy in hopes that she would make a suitable pilot, in return, the UFA would fund any medical expenses needed to keep her healthy.

Presents herself rather tomboyishly, but has been seeing wearing feminine clothing- although mostly in the form of skirts. Otherwise, she prefers she/her for her pronouns, but does not mind they/them.

She's fallen for three people in the three hundred years she's been around, none of them have ever been requited, however, so she's become quite okay with only having platonic relationships.
Accomplishments & Achievements
She was very bright, a gift to her since her physical health was very very poor. Because of this though, she was able to use her brain to create all sorts of little machines and tools to get around her disabilities, and that gained the attention of the United Federation of Aegans. They reached out to her, and she earned a place in their program to join their ranks.
Not only was she able to make prosthetics for herself, but her smarts also allowed her to join and graduate from the Meylaran Academy early and join Team Hermes as an engineer and scout. Her collusion with her former captain, Judith Arundel, allowed the two of them to develop an android body in the event that her own body fails.
