Ester has been considered one of the most brilliant and controversial scientists in the history of Kineth, born into a small Dionian caravan to well respected parents of the community his early life was pleasant to say the least. At the of eight his skill at science were remarkable, as he was able to create difficult formulas and potions that took years to perfect. He would be considered a prodigy for his talent. But at the age of twelve that would all come coming down. His search for knowledge had made him tread into uncharted territory and many saw this as dangerous as he began to delve into magic and other unknowns. He was confronted by the some of the caravans members and an explosion engulfed his family's wagon, kill two, with Marcus suffering minor wounds. But he was exiled due to this and disowned by his parents, leaving him to wander the settlement after settlement making potions and knicknacks to survive. Until finally he caught the eye of a professor of the Imperial Academy and took him there were he was accepted. He was often picked on, but often created pranks to cause them misery and would continue his work as he gained access to more knowledge he ever found in his life. But after a few years he was expelled after he was caught having with restricted material and books, along with his unsupervised experiments and was immediately expelled afterwords. But it would not stop as he found his way in the imperial court after showing his inventions to the current emperor, Galius III and was amazed at his creations when he exploring the local markets. It also caught the attention of the Alchemist’s Association as well and he was quickly made a member to his intelligence and his position in the emperor’s court. After many years his research became highly valued in the empire and he was give access to many high quality material, with him sometimes going on personal trips to discover new materials for his work. But his work would be his obsession and wouldn’t stop, not for love, not for money he just couldn’t control himself. He was said to have several lovers but they all left him due to this obsession. Eventually he became a Prime in the association and was given more resources and assistant then he could ever imagine. But it would all end as grew old and could no longer focus or concentrate and it would cost him his life as a lab explosion killed him. He would be remembered for his achievement and a statue would made in the capital in his honor. The research he had was given to the association and has been ever since.
