Geography

Archipelago

The Archipelago is made up of seven different island chains. Five of these chains are controlled by the Mari Reidho.

Roya

The Island of Roya is home to the unofficial capital of the Mari Reidho. This is in large part due to its size and distance from hostile nations. While the island is the farthest from the mainland, its distance has allowed to to flourish as a trade hub for most of the worlds illegal market. Along with the vast black market, it has also become a haven for the worlds piracy and wanted criminals. Aside from its distance from the mainland, the island is protected in large part by the Sterla Islands. Many outsiders fear to sail through its waters as many ungodly creatures make their home in its shallow waters. Roya hold one of the most diverse populations in the Gloomy Sea.

Havas

The island of Havas is a criminals dream. While little illegal trade occurs on the island, its countless tobacco farms and sea side villas make it a common relaxation stop for the tireless crews that pillage the worlds seas. The islands farms grow some of the worlds finest tobacco and exports thousands of cigars each year. Although the population is mainly Esr-hai, several large Proto families have made a home on the island. These families have capitalized on the large forests of the island and build some of the finest ships within the Mari Reidho.

The Black Hills

The Black Hills is one of the few islands that has held on to most of the original tribes history with the Esr Reidho. Unlike the other islands, the population of the Black Hills is mainly Esr-hai. Few of the other races make their home here due to the fierce nature of the tribes that control the island.

The Wrsta Islands

The Wrsta islands is home to one of the largest dwarvin populations outside of their own nations. This is in large part due to the bountiful mountains of the islands. Large vains of silver, gold and precious gems have been found here. The dwarves and Esr-hai have coexisted here for decades, even many of the Esr-hai have taken to follow and celebrate dwarvin holidays and traditions.

The Eastern Isles

Th Eastern Isles is often referred to as the eastern fortress. Due to its close proximity to the nations of man to the east, each island offers warriors and ships to help defend from outside threats. The islands in this area are littered with fortress and watch towers.

The Sterla Islands

These uninhabited islands are home to countless sea monsters and creatures that roam between the dozens of islands in the area. Legend tells this is where Temari, the Goddess of the Sea lives. Each year this is where the Quelling of the Tides takes place. Legend tells this is where Captain Kaimana offered his heart to Temari in exchange for control of the Serpents below.

The Stone Isles
