Port Roya

Port Roya is the largest port stronghold in Pangeria. Home to not only the Mari Reidho but also to many illicit markets.

Government

While the port is controlled by the Mari Reidho, their official government only applies to the raiders. For merchants and others visiting the port there are only a set of guidelines that must be followed. 

1. Any ship to make port must pay a docking fee
2. Any trade done within the port must pay a toll
3. Priority must be given to any Mari Reidho
4. Any who make residence at the port must then follow Mari Law
