The Ndlovu-Sana House in North Sibini

Sisters Two

North Sibini is the heart of the Ndlovu-Sana House and where the Matriarch stays. She is the biggest name in North Sibini along with her Sister.

She, along with her sister, have invested a massive amount of gold to control the hearts and minds of those within.

The Heart

Because it is the family's heart, the central point, most, messaging and orders start and spread from there. It's not uncommon for all members of the family to hold events in the main house.

It's not a rule but culturally expected that every member of the family come to the main house to pledge to the house and start training, getting money from the main house is important as you're being paid to be alive.

Children come first

The culture of raising their children with ultimate power comes from this single point. It's a rule that is delivered to every single parent before it's moved onto the child and that their choices should have the power to destroy the house if they want, so long as they are first willing to learn first.

They must learn that people are a key tenant of their survival and expansion. Children willl be how they cement power. As a culture, each Ndlovu-Sana child is considered more valuable than gold.

They not only spread their wealth and expertise to their children. They also throw most of their muscle into enriching the community. The money they get from land ownership is reinvested. Their banner houses budgeted in and aided to produce maximum return on investment. The Grounds Keeper work earns the entire family enough to keep them above ground, leaving enough additional income to do more beyond their land ownership.

The Grounds Keepers have a connection to all the houses, it's common, many coming through the Ndlovu-Sana to be heard and to have a better chance of being a Grounds Keeper.

Along with that they, as any nobles tend to have a contentious relationship with the merchant's guild which are generally run by clans and guilds. This has never been something that the sisters have been good at but fought against them harder, doubling down upon them reaching around the guilds.
