Teshar Shal'Tuiz

Priest of Nosferian and Occupation Tryrant

When Teshar began his young career he was overcome with a wanderlust, a desire to see the vast world of Tarien and learn all about it. His elders took advantage of this most un-Elynthi-like trait, sending him on a mission under the deepest of cover. Teshar infiltrated several parties travelling the Inner Seas, charming those he encountered and befiredning some of the greatest warrios of his generation. Malakshan and - two of the greatest Kari-Zaro and Soulmeliti heros called him a friend. He even charmed the great Dyianr'ri Shien'shoam, wielder of the holy blade Veracous. Despite many adventures where Teshar and his comrades righted wrongs and saved each other's lives, his true calling came out one night in Katzpütch when betrayed his companions in an effort to steal Veracous for the Elanthai Council, thus begining the the first Elynthi War.
While unsuccessful in his bid for Veracous, Teshar and his House were nonetheless rewarded. He was named regent of the Soulmeliti Forests during its occupation and his brutal policies led to the deaths of hundreds if not thousands before he was deposed when the Soulmeliti reclaimed their homeland.

Nearly five decades later, Teshar was named head of the Elanthai Council, a post he held until his mysterious disappearance after nearly a century of service.
