Watcher Corps
When I was told that I would be a protector of the people, they never told me I would be guarding a gate for most of the day, where’s the heroics in that? - Disgruntled Watcher GuardThe Watcher Corps are the defensive forces of the Radiarchys of Embera that protect their lands and its people from any threats that may appear in them, may it be Gloomspawn or something more familiar.
Structure
The Watcher Corps is divided into five different factions, each one is under the direct control of a Radiarchy and is required to defend the lands that they are stationed in, yet their command structures are all the same. Yet they are divided into two groups each known as Day Watch which takes watch over the land in the day and Night Watch known for watching over the night.
Day Commander/ Night Commander: Leaders in command of entire areas that ensure that they are properly protected and secured from all dangers.
Captian: Officers that are in control of fortresses and outposts of importance and see that they are properly maintained and reinforced.
Sargeant: Low ranking that is given control of their fellow soldiers to ensure that they are following orders and doing their duties.

The Watcher Corps are essentially the only military force that exists outside of the military orders on Embera, making them one of the only forces capable of intervening in an instance when any one of them comes under attack as they are stationed all over their territories and protecting them. This makes them highly important as they need funding and manpower to maintain themselvesPublic Agenda
The Watcher Corps act as the first and last lines of defense of the Radiarchy to ensure that they are protected from anything that seeks to do harm to them.
History
Beginning of the Watch
When the Dawn Crusade was finally disbanded in the early day of the Radiarchy and the Dawn Keepers were founded, the Radiarchs began to realize that they could no longer depend on a single military force to protect Embera from the dangers of Gloomspawn. So to counteract this they would create their own defensive forces known as Watcher Corps to protect them. These soldiers would come from the citizenry of the Raidarchys and would build a vast array of defenses to ensure that they could be properly protected. Since that time the watchers have fought tooth and nail to defend their lands from all harm and continue to this day.In Desperate Times
Ever since the fall of the Dawn Keepers the continent has become far more dangerous than ever before with Gloomspawn and other sinister threats looming around every corner. The corps themselves are a shadow of their former selves. Without the support of the keepers, the corps are stretched thin and cannot be found every. Requiring them to recruit more members than ever before for anyone will join. However ii has become far more difficult as fear has clouded the people's minds and are not willing to fight. Forcing the watchers to improvise and hope to protect their lands as best they can.Our Watch is Eternal

We are here to ensure that no one has to deal with the monsters that want to take away our homes and families, to make sure that they never have to deal with what we face ever. - Night CaptianWhile many orders have dedicated theses to protecting the world from all threats that show their heads, none are more dedicated to doing this than the Watcher Corps. For they are the average individual that has enlisted to protect their friends and loved ones. Many of them never even held a weapon in their life till they joined the corps. It makes it all the inspiring that they are willing to risk their lives so no one else has to for it is simply the right thing to do. For even the slightest sign of danger to the people is found they will be the first to spring into action.
If there is one thing I've learned from my decades of video gaming, is that being the town guard is never a glamourous profession, but a very necessary one. Looks like they need some propaganda to get their recruitment numbers up!
