As far as he knows, Talow Kit'Sedda is the last of the Force Benders, a reclusive Force Order from the Dawn of the Old Republic that has been keeping to itself for millenia. They fled Darth Sidious decades ago, most of them dying in the process.
He was trained by Ussat Kit'Yugan.
He has hidden himself from searchers in the Forgotten Forests area of Faultline near the true surface of Nar Shaddaa until recently.
