Effect
The Jedi has learned to change the distribution of the Force in such a way as to nudge what now flows through her until it floods into the recipient, who is usually also a Force user. She is not separating herself away from the Force, but using her own connection as a pipeline into the will of the recipient.
Side/Secondary Effects
The Force user effectively passes all of her dice in Force skills over to the recipient for one action. She has no say in what use the recipient will put this additional strength in the Force, but if it is used for Dark purposes, it is possible that the Dark Side will (at the GM's discretion) flow back down the connection to feed on the originating user, at which point Force of Will may not be enough protection....
Manifestation
Roll the Alter skill against a Moderate difficulty, modified by relationship.
Discovery
Because the Twilight separated Padawan VN Ysadora from any Jedi Master who could have advised her, Vanya spent a crucial several months trying to teach herself how The Force "worked". She had a very few brief conversations with a Force ghost named Qui-Gon Jinn; she had her notes from past lessons; she had a few friendly philosophical conversations with a Mentat and an Orange Catholic . . . and she had a whole lot of practice saying, "Once again, Apes: that's Jedi Quest not Actually How the Force Works."
No one actually told her that a Force user does not steer the Force into the efforts of a fellow Force user.
No one has told her so since then, either. Possibly because she keeps doing it.
Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi says that she can do this, loan her entire connection to the Force over to someone she trusts, make herself a conduit, precisely because no one has told her that such a thing cannot be done. Jedi Master Anakin Skywalker says that she can do this because she thinks of the Force as a fluid rather than a state of being. Jedi Master Yoda says that young Ysadora has begun to grasp the nature of the Living Force, but still has much study to do.
Vanya says, in a perplexed tone, "I'm a Jedi. I love you. I support you. What's to understand?" and then immediately changes the subject to a proposal of some immediate action. Vanya might have taught this technique, via repeated demonstration, to other people: Sir Davish Tam of the Crimson Knights and Abbess Eleni Benacor of the Adepta Sororitas. If she did teach it, it was a very informal, "let's see what happens when I do this and you do that" kind of lesson.

Effect Duration
The recipient must do something with the boost within two minutes / two rounds if in combat.
Applied Restriction
- The recipient must not be unwilling. Any resistance results in the GM doing whatever suits him, probably to both the recipient's and the originating user's detriments.
- The originating user can do nothing else in that moment, maintain no other Force ability, no divided attention in any way.
