Putee Hill

Putee Hill is a high-class resort town located in Banpour, using the area of perpetual twilight between Vizum and Nozima as a temperate tropical paradise. The town is built on the eastern edges of The Spotted Oasis, making it a popular stop for wealthy travelers along the Highroad both on the way out of and into The City of Banpour. In contrast to the harsh desert that makes up most of Banpour, Putee hill is quite lush and green by comparison, hosting plant life that cannot be sustained in the intense sun and heat that covers most of the nation.

History

Puttee Hill was initially founded by the Draego and given no formal name. It was simply an outpost used to harvest clay, putty, and precious gemstones from the oasis and various mineral deposits located nearby. In the years after the death of Mother Earth, time ceased to flow in the areas that are modern day Vizum, Nozima, and Puttee Hill, each stuck in a perpetual state of Midday, Midnight, and Dusk respectively. This drastically changed the ecology of each settlement, with Puttee Hill suddenly becoming reforested and lush over the next few decades. After The Tragedy of Mamlakat Hadaan, Banpouri settlers used the area for farming and leisure activities, with The Church of the Divine Monarchy declaring it a heavenly gift from The Lord of the Sun.
