Ola Vicario

Ola Vicario is the son of Camero Vicario, one of the notorious Vicario Brothers. He is closely related to several criminals, being a nephew of Benny Vicario (BV the Butcher) and Jonnel "The Jaw" Vicario Jr., grandson of Jonnel Vicario Sr., and great-grandson of Cain the Crystal Thief.
His service as the Uchaguru has been characterized, ironically, by the expulsion of many priests who were deemed to be corrupt or engaged in misconduct. Much more so than his predecessor, Padma Kaatupali, he is very focused on the political power of the church and uses the faithful to root out church officials that may be accepting bribes or acting in bad faith. Many have attributed the accusations made against him to be a result of crossing these crooked officials, who now want to take him out of the picture.
There are rumors circulating that his father obtained the seat of Uchaguru for him by bribing key officials within The Church of the Divine Monarchy, and according to conspiracy theorist Winston Wallosiankratz Wellingsworth, Ola's reign is "scandalous, full of factional strife, and ri-goddamn-diculous". Fabor Tetrovius, a Dwarf scholar, wrote that in Ola, "It seemed as if a demon from hell, in the guise of a priest, occupied the seat of Avalok and profaned the sacred mysteries of Humanity's religion by his insolent courses." Paigambar Cassia calls him "a disgrace to the seat of Avalok". There are yet more unsubstantiated and anonymous sources that say rapes, murders, and other unspeakable acts of violence and sodomy have taken place by his order. "His life as an Uchaguru is so vile, so foul, so execrable, that I shudder to think of it." When confronted with questions on the topic Ola Vicario stated, "In a time of acute political hostility, accusations, as we know too well, are made and are believed, which in a calmer time would never have been suggested."
