Ujarek is basically a faction of one.  His two apprentices are his own sons.  He has no other temple staff.
On paper, Maylar worship in Fumaya is unrestricted.  In practice, Maylar worship is frowned upon.
Ujarek would like to spread the ideology of the Herders of Men throughout Fumaya (or at least through the northern provinces), but in at best Urajek is merely tolerated, never accepted.
Ujarek and his sons spend most of their time in the wilderness game and reagents generally only returning to the Maylar temple in King's Lake to sell potions and scrolls from the reagents he harvested.
