Solmor House
Amongst the four buildings on this estate, the largest is the personal mansion of the Solmor family. The three smaller buildings house servants, employees of the family's trading fleet, and secure storage for expensive goods.
With complex interests and holdings spanning the fishing industry, the Solmor family estate is the largest private grounds in Saltmarsh. The estate has undergone sizeable growth due to royal and foreign contracts since the untimely death of Petra Solmor.
These facts coupled with Anders Solmor's enthusiasm to see all illicit trade and pirates eradicated has left Skerrin Wavechaser, Anders' lifelong Valet and Majordomo, feeling the need for increased security. Skerrin has recently established a cadre of a dozen mercenaries led by four veterans that guard and patrol the grounds.
