Moss Covia
To the south of Ketterzan lies the neighbouring state of Moss Covia. Governed by pirates and oranised crime rings, this thin, costal state, is mostly made up of thin walkways of land with water pools in between.
Tourism
Being the only part of Ruslavia connected to the ocean, Moss Covia controls much of the supply of exotic resources. The bustling black market in Pristan docktown is ruled over by the Polubanda (a group of Halfling pirate gangsters), and it is as exciting as it is deadly. Visitors to Moss Covia might also be interested in the road of stone that connects Pristan to the pagan village of Moss Lish. Moss Lish has fantastic views: the spires of the Dvorets Palace can be seen against the backdrop of the Deep Mountains, which are said to contain an entrance to the Mines of the Malachite Maid.
Further east is less tourist-friendly than the western areas. Travellers would be best to avoid Ozero laketown, the home of the Polubanda's rivals, the Bratva Brotherhood. The east of Moss Covia borders the Hoary Wastes and the fort-town of Mossvocia, is the base of the Moss Covian Army (which mostly comprises of conscripted criminals, paid pirates and mercenaries).
