The Fifth Hoary War
The Fifth Hoary War is best known for bringing some Orcs from the Hoary Wastes into the cities of Moss Covia.
The Conflict
Prelude
20 years before the conflict began, Halflings had been granted Established Person status by Tzar Vladimir. One condition of the negotiations was that the Moss Covia Army, which was officially owned by the Tzar, but in practice was under the jurisdiction of the Polubanda, would ally itself with the forces of Ketterzan if the Colden Horde were to invade again. Some Orcs from the Hoary Wastes, who resided near enough to the border of Mossvocia that they received news of the Declaration of Halfling Personhood, petitioned to be allowed to settle in Mossvocia (in the hopes that they and their families might recieve official personhood status too).
