Polubanda (Half-Gang)
The Polubanda (literally "half-gang") are a group of halfling gangsters that control the supply chain from Pristan, the docktown in Moss Covia, and run the black market there, where you can access anything and everything so long as it's at least a little shady.
Culture
The Polubanda are less overtly violent and macho than their Bratva Brotherhood rival gang, although they will not hesitate to quash resistance or challengers.
