Tzar Vladimir Romanov was the only Half-Elf ruler of Ketterzan since records began with the reign of his ancestor, the glorious Tzar Ivan Romanov. Vladimir reigned from 1215 until his death in 1302, at the age of 129 years old. His long reign and perpetual youth led many to believe Vladimir was a Kudlak (vampire).
