Belial
Belial
Belial, once a powerful Archdevil, had been demoted to the Chief Devil of Operations (CDO) in Dis, the second layer of the Nine Hells. The Nine Hells had undergone a significant transformation, with King Yanluo Wang taking over as the Lawful Evil deity, replacing Asmodeus. The realm was now heavily corporatized, with HellCo being a subsidiary of the Baator Conglomerate, under the management of Dispater, the Chief Executive Devil (CED).
The demotion of Belial had been met with mixed reactions among the Archdevils and characters within the Nine Hells. Some saw it as an opportunity to exploit his lower rank and gain an advantage over him. Others, however, were wary of Belial's cunning and skill, knowing that he remained a formidable force within the realm despite his demotion. This had led to an intricate web of alliances and rivalries, with each character seeking to maximize their own power while keeping a close eye on Belial.
Physical Description
Body Features
Belial's new physical form, less appealing and imposing than his previous one, initially hampered his interactions with others. However, he quickly learned to adapt, using his charm and wit to compensate for his less intimidating appearance. In fact, this new form allowed him to be more approachable, making it easier for him to establish connections and manipulate others.

Personal history
King Yan's rule over the Nine Hells and the division of Diyu into several realms had significantly changed the power dynamics between devils. The once chaotic and savage domain had been restructured into a more organized, hierarchical bureaucracy. This change had altered the ways in which devils interacted, with competition for power and influence becoming more focused on corporate maneuvering and strategic alliances. The planes of existence had also been impacted, with the corporatized Nine Hells establishing trade and diplomatic relationships with other planes, resulting in the exchange of resources and services.
Despite his demotion, Belial remained a cunning and resourceful devil. He used his skills in deception and seduction to navigate the corporate landscape, building alliances, and manipulating others to maintain power in Dis. Aware of Belial's talents, Dispater frequently attempted to put him in customer-facing positions, hoping to exploit his charm for the company's benefit. Belial, however, always found ways to turn these situations to his advantage, ultimately furthering his own goals.
Belial's relationship with Fierna, his former partner, had become strained due to their separation. He was constantly seeking ways to reunite with her, using his influence in Dis and connections within the Baator Conglomerate to find opportunities to work together or encounter her on official business. Their separation had only made their bond stronger, fueling Belial's ambition to rise through the ranks once more.
Within the Nine Hells, Belial had to navigate complex relationships with other corporate entities and factions. He maintained a cautious alliance with King Yan, respecting his rule but always searching for opportunities to regain his lost power. With Glasya, Belial shared a mutual dislike but kept their interactions professional. As for Asmodeus, Belial was torn between resenting the former ruler for his loss of power and admiring the cunning that led to his previous position.

Intellectual Characteristics
There had been several instances where Belial's cunning strategies had allowed him to gain advantages within the corporate hierarchy. One such example was when he managed to secure a lucrative contract with a powerful organization from another plane, using his charm and negotiation skills to outmaneuver rivals within HellCo.
