Glasya sat behind her desk, tapping her long, manicured nails on the polished wood. Across from her stood a fidgeting figure, sweat dripping down their forehead despite the cool air of the office. It was one of her fellow C-level Devils, who had failed to deliver on a crucial deal that would have brought a significant profit to the Baator Conglomerate.
"Explain to me why you failed," Glasya said coolly, arching one perfectly shaped eyebrow.
The CED stammered out an excuse, but Glasya wasn't interested in hearing it. She had no patience for failure, especially not from those who were supposed to be her equals. With a flick of her wrist, she summoned a group of burly hellish enforcers into the room.
"Take this fool away," she said with a sneer. "Strip them of their title and privileges, and make sure they understand the cost of failure in this organization."
The CED begged and pleaded, but it was to no avail. They were dragged out of the office, their screams echoing down the corridor. Glasya allowed herself a small smile of satisfaction. It was a harsh punishment, but it was necessary to maintain the iron grip of the Baator Conglomerate's power.

At the head of this powerful office sits Glasya, daughter of the infernal lord Asmodeus, and one of the most cunning and ruthless devils in all of Baator. From her throne on the sixth layer of hell, known as Malbolge, Glasya manages the day-to-day operations of the conglomerate, ensuring the smooth flow of resources and the constant expansion of its interests.
The position of CDO is not one for the faint of heart. Daily life is a never-ending cycle of meetings, negotiations, and political maneuvering, as Glasya must navigate the treacherous waters of infernal politics while juggling the needs of her many subordinates.
But for those who can master the intricate workings of the infernal machine, the rewards are great. As CDO, Glasya wields immense power, with access to the vast resources of the Baator Conglomerate at her fingertips. And with her cunning and intelligence, she has managed to maintain her grip on power despite the constant threats of rebellion and intrigue.
Yet even the most powerful devil is not immune to the occasional bout of humor. As a nod to the company's culture, Glasya once initiated a company-wide "bring-your-pet-to-work day," a lighthearted event that quickly devolved into chaos as infernal creatures roamed the halls and wreaked havoc on the office.

Belial also held this title, but without anywhere near the power or responsibility that Glasya did. She resented sharing a similar title with him. He used his deception and seductive nature to win power in Dis, instead of his title, however.
