The Queendom of Shehrabad

History

Legend says that The Isle of Shehrabah was uninhabited before the people from West Bengal first settled there. After the five kingdoms war, the princess regent of Bengal returned with her Earth Piece of the Damon Amulet . Her nephew challenged her for his throne causing a civil war. He had the people, but the princess regent knew she had Durga's power and her loyal followers. She prayed to the goddess for clarity. Durga sent her a vision. She told the princess regent to take ten tigers and sail west to find a new promised land. The princess regent let her nephew have the throne in exchange for ships. She and her chosen people (mostly females) left West Bengal with ten Bengal tigers. When they reached the island, their Bengal tigers turned into the first Golden tigers.
With Durga's blessing the princess regent dubbed the island "Shehrabad". She then used Earth Piece to carve the land and create a home for her people. In tribute to the goddess, a giant Durga statue was embedded into the mountain that covered the island and the rest of the city was forged around it. After this feat, the princess regent became the first Queen of Shehrabad.
There have been several Queens of Shehrabad. The Earth Piece is passed to each Queen upon the death of the previous Queen. It is said that the Earth Piece enables the queen with the powers to repair Shehrabad's unique architecture and control the seemingly ever-changing rocks and stacks that make it hard to dock on the isle's shores.
